Limitation of Liability
The app is provided “as is,” without warranties. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months prior to a claim.
Arbitration
Disputes are resolved through binding individual arbitration. You and B&E Edit each waive the right to a jury trial or class action.
